Have you already spoken with support, but have been informed you have a hardware problem? We now offer a hardware diagnostic and repair service for all V2/V3 systems.
For a $100 diagnostic fee we will identify the fault and give you an estimate on the repair.
MOST repairs are less than $100 in parts and labor above the diagnostic fee.
The most expensive repairs involve system boards at about $500. Repairs will not commence without customer approval.
Inbound shipping is the customers responsibility, please insure for the full value of a retail system. Candelaria Racing Products will provide return shipping at original shipping rate $20 for ground / $50 air.
